| About Our Facility About Our Facility Golden Paradise is State licensed to provide an assisted living environment. Our mission is to provide a clean environment, assistance, and supervision as needed. To assist in the activities of daily living in a caring, respectful, and professional manner. To help each resident maintain the highest level of functionality with a positive active attitude. To foster family communication and quality of life. Golden Paradise staff joins with family and conservators to provide a support network, providing the assistance when needed, the dignity of each resident. Golden Paradise is a 150 unit living complex for senior adults who may be highly functional or may require assistance to maintain their higher level of functional capability. The complex consists of three stories, thirty-two rooms with semi-one bedroom units, five one-bedroom units and one hundred thirteen studio apartments. Over one-half of these units have balconies and many others have views of our patio garden. On our third level, there are units with both balconies and some ocean views. All rooms have private bathrooms and kitchenettes which can be equipped with sinks, microwaves, and refrigerators. Independent Living- This life style is now included under the Assisted Living category where highly functional Resident may rent the basic unit with required house keeping service. Meals, laundry services are optional. All amenities are within walking distance from our convenient location at bus stop, 2 WalMarts, shopping centers... Care-Free Living- Resident may choose optional Meals and laundry services: We serve three nutritious meals daily in our friendly A-rated dining room. Menus are selected with nutritional content. Residents may select choice of entree in advance to best suit their own taste. Our restaurant-quality entrees will make your dining experience worth look forward to each and every day. Snacks and beverages are available between meals and in the evening. Full-service housekeeping is provided weekly. Optional laundry service is provided for each resident, including weekly changing of linens. Full calendar of social and recreational activities lead by Activity Director. General monitoring of each resident's health is done on a regular basis. Any unusual events, behaviors, or changes in functional capabilities are documented and communicated to family and physician. |
